New Years is fast approaching, and many of you may be trying to figure out how to style yourself for the big countdown. Along with figuring out what you're going to wear, comes with the equally important decision of what you'll be wearing on your eyes! If you're not fully accustomed to wearing dark, dramatic makeup, New Years celebration is an ideal time to try it out. I came along another one of julieg713's amazing makeup tutorials, and found my favorite new year's tutorial thus far. It's simple and very easy to do, yet looks dramatic and sexy enough to fool anyone into thinking you know what you're doing.
